Spirit of Fire is my interpretation of the three fire signs: Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius. I wanted the entire landscape to carry the energy I associate with fire: movement, intensity, confidence, and the need to keep going.
 
The long road pulls you forward while the sky almost seems to burn around the mountains. I used the sunset, warm oranges, reds, and deep purples to create a world that feels restless and alive. The animals scattered through the painting represent the different spirits of the fire signs, each bringing its own sense of courage, instinct, independence, and adventure.
 
Rather than illustrating the zodiac signs literally, I wanted the whole painting to feel like fire. It is about energy that refuses to sit still.
