This painting was inspired by one of my hikes to Cypress Falls, a place that stayed with me long after I left. What drew me in was the way the water moved through the landscape with such force, while everything around it still felt calm, lush, and alive. The rainbow mist, the dense greenery, and the open sky gave the whole scene a sense of quiet wonder.

For me, this piece is about those moments in nature that feel almost cinematic, where light, movement, and memory come together all at once. I wanted to capture not just the view itself, but the feeling of being there, standing in front of the falls, taking it all in, and carrying that experience back with me.
