This parrot didn’t ask to be subtle. I painted it the same way it probably lives, loud, bright, unapologetically visible. The background is a swirling acrylic pour full of movement, almost like sound waves or tropical chaos.
I used oil to build the feather texture and gave it extra punch with pastel outlines, because this one deserved to stand out. It’s part of my bird series where colour, expression, and attitude all matter more than perfection. This one? It’s pure energy in feathers.
